Effective date: September 11, 2026. This policy is issued by Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO), operating as ClimbSuite, and applies to everyone who uses or works with the SaaS platform.
1. Our commitment
Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) does not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, disability, genetic information, veteran or military status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law ("protected characteristics").
2. Prohibited use
You may not use ClimbSuite to:
- deny, restrict, or price access to goods, services, housing, employment, credit, or education on
the basis of a protected characteristic where doing so is unlawful;
- target, exclude, or segment an audience by a protected characteristic in a way applicable law
prohibits;
- publish, host, or send content that harasses, degrades, or incites violence against a person or
group on the basis of a protected characteristic;
- retaliate against anyone who reports a concern under this policy.
3. Brand-specific application
As a white-label SaaS platform, ClimbSuite is used by tenant organizations to run their own marketing, enrollment, and customer records. Each tenant is responsible for its own compliance when it builds audiences, segments contacts, sets pricing rules, or automates messages inside its workspace, and may not use segmentation, forms, or automations to exclude people on the basis of a protected characteristic. We may suspend a tenant workspace that does.
4. Reporting a concern
Report suspected discrimination to tero@sisulogistic.co. Include what happened, when, and any account or message identifiers. Reports may be made anonymously; we will not retaliate against a reporter.
5. Enforcement
Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) may investigate, request information, remove content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts. Nothing here creates a contractual right beyond the Terms of Service or limits any right you have under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) may update this policy. The current version is always the one published in the ClimbSuite Legal Center, with its effective date shown above. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated policy in the ClimbSuite Legal Center with a new effective date, and, where required by law, by emailing account holders in advance.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
