Effective date: September 11, 2026. Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO), operating as ClimbSuite, respects the intellectual property of others and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and comparable laws.
1. Designated agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent: DMCA Agent, Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO), 25050 SW 114th Ave, Princeton, FL 33032, tero@sisulogistic.co.
2. Filing a notice of alleged infringement
A valid notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located, in enough detail
for us to find it;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner,
its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you
are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Misrepresenting that material is infringing can expose you to liability for damages under §512(f).
3. What we do with a notice
We may remove or disable access to the material, notify the person who posted it, and pass your notice (including your contact details) to them.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed in error or through misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction described in Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.. We may restore the material as permitted by law unless the complaining party files a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Brand-specific note
Most material on ClimbSuite is uploaded by tenant organizations to their own workspaces and public sites. A notice about tenant-published material is forwarded to that tenant, and access to the identified material may be disabled while the notice is handled.
Changes to this policy
Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) may update this policy. The current version is always the one published in the ClimbSuite Legal Center, with its effective date shown above. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated policy in the ClimbSuite Legal Center with a new effective date, and, where required by law, by emailing account holders in advance.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
